Barbara D Hinton

Barbara D. Hinton, 41, of Aberdeen, passed away on Monday, October 9, following injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.  Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Hinton and Arletha Ray. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: children, Brianna Russell of Winston Salem, Tatiana Russell and Noel Hinton of Aberdeen, Jocelyn Russel and Brian Russell of Cartersville, Georgia; grandchildren, Nevaeh Perry, Amira Wrencher and Zariyah Wrencher; siblings, Walter Ray, Terica Armstrong, Terri Green, Jamel Armstrong (Victoria), Frederick Ray (Ramona),  Sean Ray, Willie Ray (Shelly), Julia Hinton, Cheryl Moore (Dale), James May (Desiree), and a host of other relatives and friends. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 20, 2023, at Christ Way Community Church, 15767 US 15-501, Aberdeen, NC 28315. The family is receiving friends at 220 Fellowship Way, Aberdeen. 

Professional services have been entrusted to Kearns Memorial, Maxton.
